If you can't deliver then refund him? Why would he wait more than the amount of time you told him was estimated before he paid?

Logically, if you estimate it to be up to 2 hours, you don’t get to mock your customer saying he didn’t even wait 24 hours before making this report like he is somehow in the wrong here for complaining. Maybe in the future you can give more accurate estimations or longer timeframes; or even deadlines.

Next time maybe reply on discord or update the customer that theres gonna be a delay

If you told him it will take up to 2 hours, and it surpasses that timeframe, he has every right to open a report. It’s valid and logical.
