Additional Information: I opened a prior scam report here: https://www.nulled.t...nst-d3vi0u5-35/. After that, he sent me ONE MESSAGE that didn't address the issue and has disappeared, once again, for almost a week. He said to contact me on XMPP and that I would be provided an updated program that fixed the issue of broken emojis. He has not done so and justified himself by saying that he doesn't use XMPP much--but we also talked on site (in the screenshots above). It's been ONE MONTH since; excuse in PMs on site is "I have a full time job". He's had over a month to resolve this issue since I first contacted him. I want either a refund or for him to provide the updated bot I was promised. I am SICK AND TIRED of being given the run around. I don't want his next message to be an excuse, I don't want his next message to be anything other than "Here's a link to download the updated program I promised you," or "Your refund has been sent." I don't care about his bullshit fucking excuses anymore.
