this picture is him after sending payment and him just saying he wants epic games with capture not fortnite with capture and sending fortnite capture details after sending payment

 

I can hold the payment for 48 hours (if the tool is working properly, that is)

he himself said that he like to delivery the product which is properly tested but that wasnt the case here
while i was trying to do the testing of the checker properly , he started acting weird and told me he will not let me test more until i release more payment .

he tried to include the time of the checker being tested into my 1 week sub which was not fair at all
he instead told me that im trying to abuse his checker by using it for free and checking combolist for free

1. this checker cannot even checker combolists
its slow af 

2. i wasted my lots of hitlists for testing in that phase as everything was meant to be done by him not by me

at the end when he delivered me final checker version , yes it didnt worked for 1 day because there was issue in my data
but after that it worked for 2 days then didnt worked
the captcha service he used for solving started acting up and stopped working at the end

when captcha api stopped working , i had to force him to add that captchaless api that was causing automatic password reset as he declined to add that too
after that api being added , i tried to use that api too but that didnt worked too

and its not like that im in front of desktop 24/7 testing this checker , i usually start the checker at night and let it run whole night but it worked for few hrs then stop

and i was very much clear that i will not use 2captcha for soving as its very expenisve and not practical for real case scenario

checker login rate is also not 100% that means if 10 hits are there only 5 will be logged in and 5 will not

all these issues were meant to solved by him but i tried to compromise as much as i can
but now i cannot compromise at all

i need what i asked for otherwise we have to work some % out for refund

You're being unclear now, what exactly is the issue with the program? Slow? Inefficient? Expensive to use? Many problems at once? 

If you tell him what the issues are, and can prove that these issues (such as speed, for example) were things you mentioned before ordering (you need it to be 2k CPM+ but you never said it? Then it cannot possibly be a term, and he only has to provide a working tool, regardless of the speed). 

Show evidence of your demands being requested before ordering, and show evidence of the issues with the tool.

this was before first week payment

also hes complaining its to expensive which he knew all the costs that would be related and the price we agreed on before and i also added features that catered to his budget and he was ok with before i even implemented anything

 

also i did a few weeks testing on captchaless login for him free of charge  using his lists and what he wanted me to do

and on captcha login same thing before i asked for payment but it was getting kinda annoying doing all this testing for him while the software is working and not get paid for the weeks im using tool but showing him results to see if hes ok with them

exactly issues right now is speed and price of the tool

the speed he showed me was during the time he was doing testing himself
and looking at the results at that time , i agreed to work with that speed

in the screenshot he sent , im agreeing to the speed he showed me what was around 50+ cpm at that time which he claimed
i never asked for 2k+ cpm
all i asked for atleast 100

before 1 week payment , he was using captchaless api , until the time he was doing testing himself , no password reset was there and speed was also fine too
as soon as i paid 1 week
checker speed was very slow , around 10cpm
didnt worked and was unable to successfully login into potential hits
+ it was doing password reset

after wasting 2 days in the sub , i told him to stop the sub and fix it 
still he tried to throw tantrums and told me no extra time will be added but at the end he agreed to fix and add that time too

at this time i had no problem with the price and tool

after this fix , captcha api was added , checker uses funcaptcha that is expensive
speed went dramatically low
and the captcha solution didnt worked and again other captcha solution he added are expensive and not practical for checking combolists that are more than 10k lines

Record yourself using the tool for at least 3 minutes showing the speed and send it to him along with the proxies needed for him to reach more than 10 CPM.

 the main intention for the report was to get refund for the epic checker mainly as i lost all the hope for any kind of refund from him regarding psn checker and i dont have more time to reply here as i will be offline for few weeks and will not be able to reply properly and on time.

i was not going to pay 2.5k upfront if i knew that will be non refundable and not included in the actual deal price.

after continuing that much i had no choice to pay more for atleast use checker.

 

the fact i cannot accept is that 2.5k payment helped him build the infrastructure for this whole akamai cookie generator and psn checker .

i cannot let anyone else  use it for weekly price which was not even possible if i didnt paid that upfront amount.
because hes not letting me keep the source code of the checker

i even asked him to invest his own money but he mentioned that his financial condition is not good and would like me to pay the amount .
if hes going to sell this project to someone else or even use for himself , i atleast need 50% refund of the upfront amount

But you agreed to pay the full price for the tool, you agreed on the speed, you agreed on the payment terms..? So you cant accept the terms you agreed to yourself?

As for the fortnite checker, if the capture you sent him initially included skins, and he did not say it was impossible for him to do (and offered a refund) then he agreed to complete the tool with that capture. He will have to refund you for that tool, or complete the tool as it was requested (with the correct capture)

That doesn't mean anything, if he gave you a capture he needed and it included skins, and you got started and realized you could not do it, the job is not completed. He should be refunded for that, unless you are able to get the capture he requested. It's not like he asked for skin capture only after you completed the tool. He told you about the capture hours after paying.
