Additional Information: User was super active up until the notice of the failed refund. I was supposed to get a double dip, however the return canceled before it arrived and Lil has done nothing about it. Amazon is requesting a PR but Lil says they arent working as good anymore. He said he would try, but so far 0 attempt has been made. The order was placed Oct. 4th, and the first item was delivered on the 7th. Almost 2 months ive been waiting. Lil constantly reads my messages but barely replies. The reason you can see me messaging frequently is because my message was read, but not responded to, and after waiting for so long im just tired of being put to the side. I didnt want to open this report but I feel I have no choice if I want my money back. (This was my first refund, so ignore the noob questions in convo pls)

sorry for late answering, thanks for positive vouch, everything is clear now, this is just 1 out of 100 case, one can forget. I am sorry, cuz i checked that you've messaged me about payment a week ago, which I forgot, and answering late about refund process. I deal with 100s of clients, sometimes such happens.
