About 100$:


Even with that, my support agreed to refund him and ask about btc wallet, but instead of just give btc wallet this guy were trying to insult my support and then reasonably got banned.
Unfortunately, we don't have ss of this chat, idk who exactly clear the chat but IMHO it's Fivio itself, because he took a ss right before start insulting the support

After that he started "promoting" our service in his channel (into which, btw, he dragged all the information from my channel, all the chat filters and even completely copied the greetings that I wrote in my own hand https://prnt.sc/XiWh5KNiflSG https://prnt.sc/lhvMnzbjJR-k - lmao look at that jokes)
 

And about 160$:
He know our TOS.
He paid not for a labels itself, but for 1 month in premium with FREE 8 labels (https://prnt.sc/409NWCV3hhGb).
He joined premium on 10/27/2022 (https://prnt.sc/QGKRev_NPx3C) and now this month has passed, but he still want to get refund for something, idk for what exactly. 
 


UPD. I saw that part of my proofs was removed - I can share them in DMs

First and foremost your support is a total dickhead, fire him ASAP or you'll keep having these issue.

 

He admitted he fucked BOTH scan "for the second time btw, why would you offer DHL if you can't do it properly"  and said he'd refund me. Before refunding me he started insulting me and after insulting me he banned me from the group, blocked me and wiped the chat "luckily I had the part where he agree he fucked the scan and he'd refund saved"

 

Secondly for the 160$ what I bought is 8 label upfront which I haven't used, being added to the "premium" group which had nothing good to offer anyway was a bonus. It wasn't what I paid for, I paid for the label which I haven't got and don't want to get anymore due to you being so unprofessional. 

 

Also you mentioned some bullshit TOS that I not only never agreed on, never was sent said TOS before paying you but are not allowed here anyway.

 

So @Lucas let me tell you what happened in one sentence. He offered a refund for the two BROKEN scan he gave me, then retracted said offer because after insulting him I insulted him back which leaves me with NO refund and NO working scan aka I was scammed.

My support tried to walk in your shoes and agreed to a refund. Even when his work was done. You responded to this by starting to bitching on him. For that ofc you received a refusal of refund and a ban.

Consider that the work has been done. The decision to refund wasn't bc the work wasn't done, but bc support put himself in the client's position and was ready to refund, not because it was necessary, but because he want to be kind. You know what is it? 

We don't guarantee a refund or that our scan will work for your store, you know what you are getting when you buy a scan. 

The work hasn't been done hence why the tracking went from "refused" to "in transit" less than 8 hours after the initial scan. Your support know he fucked up hence why he intially offered a refund. Me insulting him doesn't mean you can provide me a broken service and not refund. I didn't receive what I paid for.
