afaik, some of the other popular platforms will change the local pricing as well. Speaking of Turkey, not Argentina.

It was quite funny Turks using VPN to watch porn and others using Turkish VPN to buy games, Steam should've took action much earlier and never let such thing happen in the first place in my opinion.
