Nulled is already mobile friendly. The same suggestion was posted countless times, it won't happen.
App stores will just ban the app and most higher repped people on here use iPhones so custom apk's won't be an option.
Even if everyone had an android, custom apk's would take up too much work and time and the forum has enough other issues that need to be fixed.
