It will be closed when the dispute is resolved. You telling paypal you provided the service is only going to delay the resolution so I ask again, why did you do it?

Sorry it was my fault also I shouldn't have said that my mode was off that time. I told this guy to wait but he didn't listen nor did he follow what I said so I felt like he would do this and would raise the dispute after I give me all 4 bots, so I didn't continue.

So you accepted his 200$ and gave him 1 bot and then decided that your transaction was over because you thought he would scam you? why not just not accept his payment from the start? It makes no sense whatsoever. Some countries don't have the friends&family option enabled. It doesn't mean anything.
