Short Description Of Product/Service: Asking me to pay 180euro for service that he didnt provide, i asked to stop after i recived wrong product (broken too). He refused to stop at the start, he didnt have enough time to start anything yet, like im saying i have proof with days and exact time.

If he started the process to refund your order (either by doing an in transit refund or by contacting amazon) he has to be paid for it.

 

if he did NOT start, and you just submitted the order to him, then he has no reason to charge you anything for it. 

 

Your explanation says he did not start yet on your picture you tell him that you can pay him because he tried. This is a clear inaccuracy in your explanation.

 

As for him leaking your information, that is not allowed. However you would need to pay a cancellation fee if he did start the refund for you before you told him it was a broken product and you wanted to cancel.

Okey to be clear here, i said that i can pay somthing for him to NOT LEAK my information, becuse he said he will do it. Thats why i said i can do any lower fees, to avoid this kind of thing.

 

He did not start ANYTHING on my amazon account, also can provide with screenshots etc. you would like to get. No amazon chat nothing, no emails etc. Nothing. Like i said, i can provide of any proof you would like to see of me. I even checked all dates according this whole situation.

 

Edit. He even said him self: "You need to pay for my TIME spend on this not work he did". His time is worth 15-25% of order value.

He did not ask for tracking at any point of the coversation.

 

He also NEVER started a return on amazon trough the whole process.

He asked to log into the account and you approved the log in, then he told you it would take 21 days for the refund to come. You had 5+ days to test the card after you received it. You only noticed it was a completely different model and broken 5 days after it arrived and you tested it? It just makes no sense whatsoever. 

 

@AnonyRefund show me evidence you have done scans on his tracking, if you have conclusive proof (with timestamps) showing you did the scans before he told you to cancel, he will have to pay you a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total.

Hey, I see the report now. I told him already he should tell me when he refuse to pay and open an scam report. He wasted my time and work. He asked me ton of questions about refunding which is kinda sus for a newcomer who wants to start refunding I am sure he tried to leech. However after he wanted me to refund his Order I accepted it. I logged few days later on his account and checked his account etc shipping .... . So that I already added him into my refunding list and contacted my Boxer. The Boxer was paid and he also started the boxing I got proof from the chat with the boxing with the Tracking Number and the payment to the Boxer. After 5 days he tells me his Graphic Card is broken and few days ago he told me that he has gotten the wrong Graphic Card. How is that possible? You first say its the wrong card like it's not the "RTX Ti Version" and after few days later you say it's not working ??? All that came after I have already started the refund. So I gently asked him if I should cancel the refund for him and do a fee for 15% he said can we do 150€ I said fine.  So I asked him to make sure he doesn't want me to finish the refund and asked him again. After 2 more days he ignored me so I threathend him. But I never said I will leak his details or anything similar. I just told him I will cancel your refund and you won't be able to return it, which is my right. If he refuses to pay. Also he created multiple random telegram accounts and tried to threating me with weird messages together with some random gore profile pictures. All Chats got deleted which I normally do after the conversation is over. But I still got a few screenshots of the chats from him and me. I also got the complete chat from me and the boxer where I have paid him and told him to do the boxing. I will attach the screenshot later

here is the screenshot of the chat from me and the boxer where he did the boxing and I also paid him. If also need the payment proof I also can send it or he can confirm it himself (the boxer). On the chat you can see the tracking number of hajdenos Order.

I am checking the tracking and I see no scans whatsoever so that scan was never done, he either did not do it or it did not work.  

With this in mind, and the fact that all you claim to have done is the scan, which is nowhere to be found, I have no reason to make him pay a cancellation fee. 

If you paid for that scan, then ask for a refund. No scan was done and the tracking is just like it was on the day of delivery.
