So, if we cannot use emojis in titles (more like, we shouldn't), why isn't there a rule for it in the marketplace rules? 

Almost no one knows about this, since there are still a lot of people making titles with emojis in them.

I think the following is fair:

 
- either we're allowed to do it, or
 
- there comes a rule for it in the marketplace rules, with a warning in the marketplace section itself, telling people that this is prohibited. Continuing doing so will give you warning points and/or will result in the post being deleted.

That rule is included in the General Rules. It applies in all the sections, adding it in the marketplace rules would be redundant.
