Downloaded about 160gb of 3d print STL files using qbittorrent. Trying to maintain that 1.0 ratio out of respect, but this shits been going for 3 days. If I had to guess the download is probably just unhealthy. Been trying to figure out how in the hell to get into the more "cool kid tracker lists" people with good ratios get into.

Edit: Sorry I don't know if I specified, but I am done with the download, I finished the download in a handful of hours, now I am only keeping it on so I can seed it for others and improve the ratio. about 3.5 days after im only at ~0.60

check if the torrent have good seeders, sometimes when you change the upload speed it will effect the download speed aswell. if its downloading by 0~500kbps something is definitely wrong with your settings.

My bad, I didn't specify that I had already finished downloading. I'm purely seeding rn. The download was relatively fast, even with a VPN. There would be times my upload speed is just at a straight 0.0B.

Like the other mentioned, finding torrent with a good healthy amount of seeder would help get you the files faster, but nowadays, seeders are hard to come by since torrenting isnt as popular nowadays. (I could be wrong since I havent download torrents in such a long time, but after the TPB scandal, I just stopped completely as I knew torrent would not be as reliable as in the past)
