Additional Information: Worst person you would do bussiness with. As you can see from whole conversation, he started taking payment upfront and if he fails to do refund he gives back money.
I paid for IN TRANSIT refund, i asked if he can do it, he said yes. And when i ordered, he dissapeared. I did screenshot of delivery after i got it, and you CLEARLY SEE that scan was not changed. You can see that i wrote him for 5DAYS and got 0 replies even when it got delivered. After he found out that it was started by other refunder, he started to claim that he did change the scan and etc.. EVEN IF HE DID, it would be no use, because it was ALREADY DELIVERED. If he would do that scan, it would show returned to:.. but it was delivered as normal. This kid is unprofessional. A Scammer. A liar, and a thief. Be careful doing bussiness with him!

@OpenServices as it was an in transit refund it required quick action. You clearly were offline for several days and in that time he went to somebody else. Considering that you were supposed to do an in transit refund, the 5 days it took you to respond to him after his payment was sent are more than enough time and he has the right to go to somebody else (even more so knowing that you did not tell him that you started the refund or updated him at any point with the process)

 

You will have to refund him, or leave the balance for a new refund. Whatever the customer prefers.

 

And a suggestion to you, because it seems like you're overwhelmed. Don't take more orders than you can respond to within at the very least, 1 day. Customers that order from you are not going to patiently wait while you don't do anything or never update them. It's just common sense. Start organizing yourself better to be able to give proper support.

+ he did a false scam alert about me @Lucas . Told that me and my friend tried to scam him, when you literally see that he didn't do anything

Thisis he's friend that's who is changed he's order by himself and just got another refunder to do it.

At start, I got the login info I get in did in transit for it. and the tracking was Lost in-transit. 

And in the day I did I was outside I stocked in traffic.

So after I'm back to home, 4-5 days it was 

Checked all tickets and working on it all 

Then Deividas#0945 Spamming me all the time, and he thought I'm ignoring him but I was not online at all.

And I didn't say that's the refunder changed the status, he did by him self 

Because he saw its in transit, and my partner/team told me its done already.

So that's why I didn't  refund it and he just keep saying refund my money etc,

but he got another refunder and he faild the refund it was not my fault.

That is not true. Tracking was NOT changed by you or your team. When tracking was DELIVERED, when i actually got the package and it clearly showed that on tracking, only after that i gave it to another refunder. And Deividas told you on that message that orher refunder changed tracking, he changed to other delivery address scan after delivery was completed. That sentence he told was not about your scan, don't lie. I can provide other messages with other refunder and you could see yourself. And i will put you on scam alert myself and show how you take care of your customers. While you share my sensitive information here. VERY unprofessional from your side

What you just said is not relevant. He has no reason to keep waiting for you if you don’t respond for days. If you never updated him in regards to the refund until he went to another refunder, then that’s even worse. You replied to him but just told him to wait. No updates. No progress. Nothing. He had the right to move on to somebody else with no updates from you, and no responses for 5 days after payment. Your comment that he should have waited is just pointless. You were too late and should have realized that the moment you came back to him trying to get a response and not getting any.

He should be refunded if he paid upfront.

You need to understand that your service should come with constant updates on the progress and you cant just disappear for 5 days and then say “i already started” once you return.

No, he told you the moment he did it and repeatedly during the time he was being ignored.

 

If you were unable to respond, take responsibility for your actions. No matter what your circumstances were. Every customer deserves to get a response or to move on. You decided not to respond and at the same time force him to wait for you. 

 

Also the status he changed was NOT the one you did. In fact there is no evidence whatsoever that you did anything. He told you himself that he was going to another refunder 2 days after he sent you the payment and you were 'busy' or 'out' 

 

This matter cannot be escalated any further. At this point you are just unable to understand your responsibility. 

He should be refunded or given credit for a different refund, whatever he prefers.
