It will be based on the school, not the country if that is whats most important to you.

Do some research on where the big companies like Airbus and Boeing hire the engineers from

Likely you would be able to get a great job if you do well in any of those locations. 

 

The choice should come down to what type of surroundings you like. There are some nice areas in both countries.
