Refunders, need your OPINION! PLEASE!

In July, i finally decided to give refunding a try, never had one done before.
I decided to order an iphone 13 pro, from amazon.co.uk, cart was approved by @Kingpin aka floridaman04 on telegram, the b1g refunder.

I ordered it, shipping done by UPS. When i asked floridaman04 to start the refund, he said:

"UPS in transits cannot be done anymore, and any refunder who says it can be done is lying/scamming, so wait for the item to arrive." - July 2022

Without prior experience in the field, i did what floridaman04 said, so i waited 2 more weeks until the product arrived, and i messaged him again, to start.
He logged in, and two minutes later tells me "the refund is IMPOSSIBLE, beacuse the label is not PREPAID, so it CANNOT BE DONE."

I also asked other refunders to try it, like RBrefunds, who kept receiving the "police report" response from amazon, and a few more refunders confirmed to me that its officially FUCKED, and the first refunder was a dumbass who fucked it up, and its all his fault. I told floridaman04 about this, and he keeps defeding himself saying he's right, and the refund couldn't be done in any way shape or form.

So here i am, with an apparently fucked order that cannot be refunded, asking for experienced refunders to tell me: Did i get fucked by @floridaman04 aka @Kingpin, or not?

i feel you man, some refunder fucked me over 755$ refund too, dont eever trust them , when item arrive, wait until refunbd confirmed if not, return it and ask for other refunder to do it

honestly super chill team and they fix most failed order tho he said he’s only fixing failed amazon.de for loyal costumers now. His rate is goof and this guy is the best out of all 20 refunders i know

To directly address these complains - 

#1 - UPS in transit is still possible but no one will do for the size of your orders as refunders have to pay a fee, in this case like $140. So obviously wont be done for an order as small as yours.

#2 - Correct, that isnt a prepaid label. You have to buy your own postage and ship it back yourself, with that attached to it. Obviously it isnt a label, theres no tracking # or any info on it. Go ahead and try to FTID it, Amazon will simply say since it wasnt their label they cant help you.
