Hello.
We are looking for individuals who would want to join our team in building various projects.
The projects will be varying, all in the team, we will brain-storm with ideas, and then decide on which project we will focus all.
What we expect from you:
- You really want to be part of various projects.
- You are willing to learn new things.
- You are not toxic person.
- You can be valuable.
What you can expect from this:
- You won't be forced to dedicated fixed amount of time to any project, it would be more like so - we will plan the projects have a task list and we will work from it, bit by bit (we are all human beings and we have work and other life stuff to do)...
- Good and non toxic friendly environment.
- Support and learning.
- Be part of the team.
- We won't build any projects that would scam people or something, we want to focus on something sustainable and that could profit all team.
About the team:
- Currently, in the team we are 2 people.
- We are just starting out, we won't rush anything, we are looking up for credible people we could work with.
- Both of us - software engineers.
- We plan to find up to 10 like minded people (so max 8 spots left).
- As well it would be nice to build international team from different countries so we would be more open-minded on potential issues / solutions to problems.
- Accepting the member - all the people in team will need to vote either to accept or not the person (it won't be one person responsible for all, it will be opposite we all be responsible for each other).
The focus on projects:
- Again, we will talk, and figure out on what we will focus as a team.
- I have some ideas, I could present them, other people could present their ideas and we would pick the best project to focus on.
- In case the project would fail, we would start from scratch with new idea until we will find a gold.

I believe there will be people who will mock and laugh out from this, but you are free to do so.
I wanted to build team for long time ago, but I didn't had enough skills to build something good and resources too.
Now, I have the skills, but surely know, if you want to go fast go alone, but if you want to go far, go with team, and this is the main goal.
