you better start learning the fundamental of the programming by starting with low level language like c or c++ then data structures and algorithm after that you can move on high level langauge like python
i'm telling you the start but thier is a lot more to learn

and a piece of advice try learning from books i know it's hard but very useful

Python is your choice...

In addition, it is worth spending some time to learn a good (well-known) IDE like

, etc...

This is because it can help you also, when you need to go to another language, such as C++, C#, etc...

What do you want to achieve?
Web development? Go with JavaScript
Automation? Python is a good choice
Game development? C# and C++

I would start with Python. Then you can switch to the desired language or technology stack.

Depends on what you want to make.

  • Desktop GUI Software (C++, C#, VBasic)
  • CLI Software (C++, Go, Python, Java, or basically anything).
  • Mobile Development (Java or Kotlin for Android, Swift for IOS, JS (With React Native for hybrid))

Those are just some examples of what you could use but anything works some are just more appropriate than others depending on what you're creating.

Friend, if you still haven’t been able to write your first code, then it’s better to take my advice! Instead of traditional coding training, it is better to use the

service. It was an amazing and educational experience. I learned various aspects of web development by consulting with professionals and using an extensive library of resources. Creating the site was easy, and it was important that I could control every aspect of its design and functionality.

It depends what you're interested in making.

Game Development: C++, C#...

Web Development: PHP, Javascript..

Systems Development, C, Rust, Go, C++, C#, Java...

There's also many other languages you just have to find the right tool for the job.

I am aware that the thread is a bit old, but the advice i would like to give is this.

Since learning a programming language well takes time and effort, it is very important to avoid falling into the trap of jumping between languages, hoping some other language will be an easier shortcut, as it will only impede your learning. Instead choose a language according to your main interest and stick with it for a good period of time. (I recommend C++ for desktop).

Persistence is very important for making progress in software development.

If you still have yet to start or for anyone else browsing I would high suggest JavaScript or Python. There are so many free resources to learn from you could find with a quick google search. (Free code camp) from there i suggest doing 3-5 problems daily on something like leetcode.
