Additional Information:  Paid $100 / Lost 250 more because whoever ID this retard used tried creating another account that lead to termination of mine because same ID was used twice thats one of the reason why they terminated account - https://i.imgur.com/8rhF5Ub.png ( My Englise not guud)

Short Summary: Paid for verified wise.com account, said details can be changed after payment including phone number, after payment i told this retard that wise said to provide a selfie holding ID so this clown used real person for verification and i told him to contact her and ask that selfie holding the ID exact thing wise asked, few hours gone bitchboy sends a random selfie without holding ID that obv wont work, and i told him selfie holding ID on hand is required he said she wont send because she's afraid of FRAUD LMFAO then why the fuck sell your account in the first p1ace? even though i ws never able to change the phone number the number he sent had issues too retard added random recovery email to google voice that made account not open due to suspicion i figured that out on my own, so i added $50 to wise from my bank then i added $200 again (i was in rush so big mistake) and $$ never arrived, waited 2 days they terminated the account.

Hi, yes i worked with this guy on wise for 100$, not 350$, its first
Second - i made verification without 20$ paid (I told him that, I don't do it.)

4 - my person refused to take selfies with her passport because she thought they wanted to take credit on her. There was no talk of a wise with her at the time. She made me over 15+ verifications to different sites and everything was ok

5 - I am not responsible for blocking accounts. Where is the proof that she created a new account? You blocked it yourself using a VPN and your U.S. card.

What kind of idiot would top up a $250 account without paying $20 in advance? Sounds very funny

No warranty was discussed, no terms of a deal were agreed on, impossible to know if the customer misused the account or not. This is also responsibility of the seller to clarify that he offers no warranty, in a clear and open way. You can't expect your customer to go to a different source, to get the terms of your deal. I think a 50% refund on the payment that was made for the account (not the balance that was deposited, that's the buyers responsibility) is acceptable in this situation.

 

@DEDSCAM you will have to refund 50% of what you received for the account to the customer within 24 hours.

 

Also, you will have to add clear terms to your thread (they were there before, although badly written in english, they were removed for no reason) and also you will need to explain the terms to your customers if you deal with them directly. Explain that there is no warranty and proper usage of the account before you hand it over to the buyer so that they can't mess it up or complain when it's messed up already.

The terms on your thread are cryptic and make no sense. ''do not work with US" can mean literally anything. "not responsible for account recovery" can mean literally anything. Your terms are not clear and they are not mentioned on your chat where you spoke with the customer about the transaction.

The recharge of 250 dollars is irrelevant. You are refunding 50% of what he paid to you. Not the amount he deposited on the account.

 

And I hope this is a lesson for you to make proper terms available. ''No warranty. We won't help you recover your account. Not compatible with US cards'' would do the trick. Saying things like ''Do not work with US'' and assuming the customer understands that means they can't use a US card? It's hilarious.
