Additional Information: Long story short i paid him for ftid and then he said he can't do it. I asked him to pay back and gave him another boxers btc address. He didnt answer. When i asked agakn, he only paid back after 3 days and paid to that another boxer. In that time i managed to pay to boxer myself. Then i told whole situation to boxer that he got money from "everyone" address and please send it to my address. But boxer did not understand and sent money back to "everyone".. then i told "everyone" about this and he said that he paid me one time to that boxer and he don't care. He wont pay anymore. I told him he literally has my money in his wallet, showed him proof. He didnt care. Only showed a lot of disrespect. And then dissapeared.

That is not my fault that coinbase had technical issues. You clearly saw that. I did not send you by accident. I asked if you do ftid from france, you said yes. When i paid, i told you i need it to Czech and then you told me you can't do it. If you only sent money in the same moment when i asked to that person. There would be no mess.

If he sent funds to you accidentally and has evidence that the payment was sent by him (or somebody else, on his behalf) why wouldn't you refund him? You received the funds and you have them on your wallet? then you should refund him.

Send him a recording from your device, showing your wallet, and both payments made to him (ask the person who sent it to send the recording)

Ask him to send @Everyone proof of the transaction made, including your chat with him, and explaining why he sent the funds to @Everyone and not you.
