Brief description: on August 16 i dealed with this huy for Amazon order ( instant)
After i gave him the tracking number AND details , always ignores my job and said every moment he Is busy AND Will do later.
5 days later i said him discard my order , AND he want charge me 135 $ for Advance order lol
This Is a way of scam.

Admin , i not have paid him

but once asked him discard my order , he was  forcing me to pay 135 $ for advance my order

what I understand is that all customers must pay when the refund is complete.
What if he didn't pay what he demanded? maybe he revealed my private information on his telegram channel.

If you don't want to do the refund, then you also can't charge him any cancellation fee. Your choice. Either do the refund and get paid, or don't, and don't ask for any fee.
