Hi , so i had a friend who i knew online on skype , have his name , picture , city that he lives in and date of birth ( day and month only ) but he is not using skype anymore and i can't reach him anywhere else because i dont have his social media , i tried searching online a lot using name and stuff but i didn't find shit ( the person is from norway if this helps )
