I'm registering a scam report against EmberBot (formerly AriaBot). Clearly they think rebranding this awful service will lure some more new customers. I, like many of the customers, have been very patient with their constant inability to provide the basic service they advertise. Obviously there's downtime with all such eBay watcher-led services, but it's constantly down for weeks on end. The developers don't even bother responding and the discord is packed with users who are angry that they can't use it. Now, after all of this, there's just radio silence and no contact.

 

This user needs to provide a full refund for the broken service or needs to be perm banned. I've got copious screenshots and images if needed. UPDATE: I've also just been kicked from the Discord because I've messaged them to say I'll be lodging a scam report, presumably to stop me being able to screenshot other users' complaints. They keep adding new users and attempted a rebrand to lure more in. It's a complete con and is barely running.
