Even tho I consider SARMS as useless garbage, you could still benefit from Cardarine and Ibutamoren (which isnt a SARM). We have few information about the safety of these products as theres little to no research thatve been made on humans. Personally I've tried SARMS 2 times and had mild muscle growth and overall better lean mass gains. Just remember that these are reseach chemicals and are in no way comparable to steroids.
So if you really want to gain extra muscle, workout consistently first for 2-3 years till reaching your "natural" plateau and then consider using steroids. You can also use many useful peptides and nootropics in order to make your workout more enjoyable and dynamic.
