The majority of people who actually own these awards are leechers. So here's my suggestion:

Each time a leecher gets one of these, the award is automatically given to a randomly drawn member who's either upgraded or contributor+, and the leecher's banned.

can you elaborate please? if you mean making alts in order to get the award, I'm affraid this already exists and I don't see how this would increase it.

we can easily check his ammount of posts, as well as which members already have the award, etc
