So I sell It what you can see on my thread. He wanted to use a middleman, so I agreed.

When I sent him the files, he told the middleman not to release the money until I helped him set up the site. I agreed to help him get it online. (He doesn't even know how to put a site online apparently.) But he had to pay me first.

Nevertheless, he wouldn't let the middleman release the money, only half until I helped him get the site online. So I let it slide thinking he was being honest since he sent half. But then he decided to hire a developer to modify the site. He never asked for my help to put the site online, after all, he has a "developer" now.

I saw today that he is already banned from another forum. He just wants to get my stuff for half the price.

The middleman won't send me my money. I have been waiting for 5 days. There is no solution with this guy. I send the screenshots of discussions in DM.

He deleted chats when the original agreement was he gets full payment once my site is setup - he gets impatient so I feel bad and give him 50% and now he is demanding the rest even though we agreed on full payment once I'm setup

What I sell is described on my thread. It is the SOL vacuum cleaner, integrated to a site. I agreed to help you put it online, that's all. I told you that if you want to make your changes, you have to ask someone else.

Now you're making up a lot of reasons like "maybe the code has a virus" or "it's going to give you some of the money". Try it with some money to see if I get a cut?

 

What I'm selling cost $200. Helping you get it online was a bonus that I kindly accepted. Now you're trying to change the original terms, claiming that helping you to modify the site is worth half the price.

 

Soon you gonna say it's not working ? I can give vouch to any mods/admins here.

Honestly waiting for his site to be fully set up to release payment in full is not an outrageous request. I think it's fair even if you didn't agree to that initially.

I've been waiting for a week. Let him show the site then. Is he really working on it?

 

What I sold works. Why do I have to wait for him to make his personnal  design changes? It has nothing to do with me. It's like if you buy a car and the seller has to wait for you to repaint the car to give him the money. It doesn't make sense.

 

 

Middleman isn't on this forum I believe. Not sure.

What exactly is your delay being caused by?

Requesting help on how to use it, and he is not replying and ignoring me completely - even regret giving him the 50% upfront out of pity now

Was waiting for a webdev to code my site but now I'm waiting on him - I found a friend who told me he would go through the code to ensure it's working and he (Zemasu) is ignoring me and not telling me how to set it up

Help on how to use it would be immediate, if you need help you can ask the seller for assistance, that's not the same as waiting for your dev to make changes or edit the website. 

If you need help with using it or making changes to the base of the website you bought, ask the seller and he will respond. Other than that, the seller is not responsible for what you want to modify.
