Additional Information: I bought a directv stream config from him, but this is not what I need, I needed a config from this site https://www.directv.com/stream/ , as I told him, and even dropped the link in the discord chat, but he did not warn in advance that this was not it, but simply kept silent and received payment from me,

when asked to return the money, he answered no, "I will give you a discount on the next purchase", why do I need a discount after that?)

 

He refers to the fact that he threw me what the capture would look like and I agreed, but in the description of the capture there are the same services that are on directv.

 

I just didn’t know that direct tv has some other version, and because of this carelessness and deceit on the part of the seller, I got into this situation

Hello,

 

OP opened a ticket and wanted to buy dtv config, and my first message was "I don't have this but only directv Stream".
He sent me an example of capture dtv, and sent him back the capture packages for dtv Stream which is completely different. So after all he agreed.
It's clearly stated on my config list this is Stream not regular directv, I have already sold couple of copies and there is no issue.

 

Explained him twice the versions why its should be my fault of his clueless? He got what he paid for, I have no reason to refund him

He told you explicitly that he only sells DTV stream and not the regular DTV config, and you agreed.

 

 

He also confirmed that you may get customs that work because they have no active ''stream'' subscription on directv.com/stream

 

I see no reason for him to refund you, if you misunderstood what he meant, or if you thought directv stream and directv were the same thing, and now noticed they aren't, that would be your responsibility.

 

A refund is out of the question, and if he wishes to offer you a discount on future purchases, that is his choice.

An example of this would be, if you buy a config for amazon prime video, and you expect to find amazon accounts with music subscription which is only a fact if the user bought prime sub and not prime video alone. 

Some customers may have directv accounts, and no directv stream. The directv Stream config, only gives you hits that have stream sub. Not all accounts do. 

 

 

Im sorry but I cannot consider this report as valid.
