He was holding PayPal for me after few times of fuck ups from him The last one where he didn't pay me my 437$ , He keeps blaming it on his bank/fiscal agency
Its been 4 month+ now and still nothing he keeps making bullshits excuses like "it will get released next week" , I only waited because he did the same thing before where i had to wait 2 months to get my funds so i trusted with this one which was a mistake
He also was holding for @Canada but that guy dissapeared out of no where so he got his 1.5k euro full to him self , he said gonna use to pay my funds but still nothing he changed his mind after 2 days and made the same excuse again " bank held it" which doesnt make sense because the time he got canada's money the issue was fixed where he able to withdraw money again

We had a previous issue, which he was patient, and I refunded him. Mention this was a higher amount that this one.

I've told him to be patient about this, as I can't make the bank work faster. I have all email's related to the conversation between me and the agency.

A refund currently is not possible, nor a partial refund. As my own funds are also locked. Else I would have done it.

All bullshit aside, what exactly is the issue? Did PayPal close your account? Did they limit you? Did your bank close your account? Your explanation is kind of empty, and doesn't really explain what happened.

All the funds that were on that account were seized for review, which include mine, Canada's, DF's, and vQzz's.

This whole thing started because Canada left without an explanation, which is when I contacted you on discord about the issue back then. Since there were a lot of chargebacks coming to the PayPal account.

That led to the PayPal account getting closed and my bank account getting seized for review.

 

I would have given a partial refund to DF, as he's the only one with the least patience on this issue.

But I'm unable to do so, as my own backup funds that I had on the bank account were seized until the review is finished.

I can't give an exact date on when the review process will finish. I was told everything would be cleared the last month, but that isn't the case.

Let first clear some bullshits 

.1  At that time Your 2nd paypal got banned not the first one
.2  How your bank got "seized" for review but still were able to withdraw money after your told me that 432 $ got held, and lets not forget that held paypal for 3 other people besides me which leads you to withdraw too many funds than a "seized" bank can handle.
.3  you said canada's chargebacks lead to your bank account getting reviewed but we all know you cannot use same bank account on 2 different paypal account
