I can provide more screenshots explaining my stance if required by the staff, for now I will only provide a screenshot which shows he was unable to do the dip and as a result Amazon charged my card.

I ordered an Amazon dip from him but he failed the dip and says its rebill which it is not. He was not able to return the previous card back to Amazon because of which they charged my card and banned my Amazon account.

The dip is not failed, it was done. Amazon account got closed before I could FTID. His amazon account got closed because he used the same account for numerous refunds (I told him to use a fresh account) [https://gyazo.com/a0...0539a44c3dc3] 

 

Notice below how we're fine for February, March, April, then all of a sudden May comes around and he's complaining... If the account has been closed I can't do anything about it, but the refund was done already.

if he was charged on his card, it was not a successful dip. He should be refunded if he paid for the dip and it didn't happen.

I used a debit card and I knew the dip was unsuccessful and pulled out the funds but Amazon tried to charge my card everyday and I blocked it. As for the pictures I will attach below.

His first lie is he told me to use a fresh account (lol). I have used his service before. First time in May 2021. Here is a screenshot from May 27, 2021 where he says I can use the same account for more refunds as well. But the actual lie is that I never used the same account I used for the previous refund. I only used his service 2 times. One in May 2021 and second in January 2022. The item I ordered in May 2021 was a processor which I used to build a PC. That order was done through a laptop with a credit card. This order was done on my PC with new router, new name, new address, new ip (cause dynamic ip), new payment etc. Everything was new as months had passed. I have only placed 2 Amazon orders in my whole life as I am not from US. There is no way the account got linked because of me. High chance it got linked because of him because if I recall correctly he logged in my account on his mobile clearly ignoring OPSEC. So yeah account got blocked because of him. Third, the contradict is FTID was not done as account was closed and also dip was done. Lol, my man is on weed. No dip was not done.

 

We are not talking about refund here mate, dont get frustrated, we are talking about dip. Here is the latest screenshot of our chat. At the end, he says all I had to do was cancel (block) cc (debit card). LOL, weird dip in which I have to block my cards. My question is if all I had to do was place the order, receive it, ask for replacement, block the card and never contact Amazon, why would I pay him 100$. I paid him for the return but he never did it. I know why he failed too. But he won't refund me. Here is a screenshot in which he again admits that he failed the dip and I had to cancel cc but he would give me Amazon credits so I can get Amazon refunded from him for free upto 1k$ worth. But I dont need that as everyone knows Amazon refunds are ezpz these days due to insider UPS RTS scans. I need my cash refund. Here is another screenshot in which he says FTID failed, but I blocked the card and didn't get charged so I didn't lose anything. Bro I lost my 100$ I paid you for a dip which doesn't include blocking the card. In the end of this screenshot I also explained him why his FTID failed. He keeps flexing about his money and can't even refund 100 bucks when he couldn't do the job.

The dip was successful and you got your item. You're saying the dip was unsuccessful because you claim Amazon rebilled your card but they never did.

First. I am not a liar and I won't lie. I did receive the replacement item I was supposed to receive. But the process of replacement also includes returning the original item. Which was supposed to be done by you but I already attached screenshots above that the FTID failed. As a result Amazon *tried* (was not able to as I pulled out the cash) to charge my debit card repeatedly. Consequently, I blocked the debit card. Now this is not what you call a *successful* dip.

 

I was tried to charge. They didn't threaten me, they straight up started charging my debit card. They were not able to *rebill* me as I had no funds in my card. Now another lie here, my guy says he asked me several times if I had proof amazon rebilled me and that I never came up with anything. A blatant lie, as here in this screenshot is the only time he has asked about the proof from me. He is trying everything he can to prove me wrong lol but he knows he didn't do the job. My card was attempted to charge by Amazon, and I used to receive text messages about those chargebacks, but I recently changed phone, and can show proof too that I changed phone, and have lost those text messages. He failed the dip and he is not refunding me at all. Yes, I got the original + the dip, and I was charged only once and attempted to be charged secondly, yes I paid for the item once and got two of them and yeah this is a dip. But I paid you 103$ to fake the return of my original item to Amazon. Which you failed and have mentioned several times that the FTID failed and that you can give me Amazon or Walmart refund credits as well. But I need my money back.

I know what dip is. Charges were still attempted by Amazon and why not because you failed the FTID, lol I told you I have changed my phone and don't have previous texts. Not accusation because you actually fucked up the FTID which you admitted yourself as well. @Lucas I want the refund.

you have to show evidence that you were rebilled, amazon attempting to charge you and failing does not mean you get a refund from a refund / replacement service.
