Additional Information:
    Promised to send code of the website and do all the hosting of the site, shared his screen on discord to show me how to use it, he is a 13 year old kid, he said it himself and he sounds like a toddler. After he set up the code he said I had to tell the mm to release the funds so he can use the money to buy a domain, after the mm released the funds he stopped replying and blocked me.

I hope this was a lesson for you, NEVER release funds without giving context to the MM. The MM would not have approved the release of funds if you told him about this situation.
