Hello guys, I need your expert advice.
I made a refund request on Amazon.fr which went through (empty box). I wanted to renew the operation on Amazon.it (empty box, again) but I received the following email (I translated it in english):

We understand that you have requested refunds for a large number of orders due to a missing item in your package.
We understand that occasional problems with orders are part of the normal course of business. However, the unusually high number of missing items you have reported exceeds this occasional expectation.
When we detect unusual account activity, such as this, we review each account on a case-by-case basis to determine if further action or account termination is necessary. As a result, we can no longer compensate you for other problems with your shipments. If the problem persists, we may not allow you to purchase from our site.
