5. theyll then ask for proof of purchase (this is why you went to oculus support first) then your address and contact info so they can send you a new quest and if they don't then just try again with a different agent (I've had this work both times I did it so you should be fine)
You can always make your own POP, you do not have to buy it from a retailer.
