I wasn't around when the Peter Jackson films were made and released, so i wanted to know what people are thinking about this new show. Especially from long time fans of the orginal

I think Amazon was building a Lord of the Rings MMO they couldn't finish it then cancelled it. I think they change it to Rings of Power somehow. Everyone was wating for LOTR MMO. Meh.

I do not have high expectations because they did not buy the rights to a lot of the world so the show will most likely be completely disconnected from the original

The new trailer looks so shit, im just waiting for HBO's GOT spinoff in September

The new trailer looks eh but the SFX was pretty nice.. Hopefully they pull it over but I am more looking forward to the House of the Dragon show from HBO, coming soon as well.
