Cyber security is not on my list to learn yet, need an advice.

I do understand that nothing is untraceable, but it all depends on time, efforts and money for the investigation.

How could one, theoretically, post a webpage with as little traces as possible. Different hosting server location, time triggering, ever changing ip and other sensitive info.

If anyone could aid me, any help is appreciated. Pm if publicity isn’t wanted

You can use proxied DNS for free over at Cloudflare, it'll at least get you on the way to a safer site.

Not sure how to continiously change a websites IP, but if you want to keep OPSEC high & traces low you should either use tails/whonix, do not upload or contact/set up hosting providers from your home adress. VPN could be added in the mixture somewhere as well but does not neccessarily add a layer of protection.

using tor and making/hosting the site via tor would be very anonymous, extra layer of good vpn (vpn4, pp)
