Anyone refunded using Amazon Pay?

Ordered a graphics card from scan.co.uk, trying to claim that the graphics card was not present but the box for the graphics card was, so maybe I messed this up already.

Merchant came back with proof directly to me, showing the packer packing and sealing the item before getting shipped with DPD. Merchant also said that the recorded wait was 1KG on dispatch and delivery but didn’t show any proof of that.

Since they won’t refund, I may attempt via Amazon Pay A-Z guarantee.

Questions:
Do DPD (UK) weigh parcels during delivery?
Is Amazon Pay dispute typically successful, and are there any risks that the merchant can take action if Amazon Pay do refund me?
