I have gotten the serial numbers and info for a gaming laptop and se'ed it (by saying the laptop randomly stopped working when downloading my work files) so the rep got me an rma number but the ASUS system says that:"Our system will then automatically arrange a collection with our courier (DPD).
· The following day you will receive an email and/or text message from DPD, confirming when your item is going to be collected.
· Collections usually happen within 1-3 working days depending on geographic location.
· Once the item is collected, the courier will deliver it to a designated ASUS service centre and the repair process will start."
So I can't ftid it by sending a random parcel with the label on it since they won't allow me to send it in on my own so I can't box it? Or is there a work around? Much thanks for any help!
