I've been trying to FTID razer for a month now and I successfully SE'ed them so I got an rma number and a parcel label to ftid with. Its a DHL express and after going to @StrongGojo for the service (nice guy, really helpful so far). It got put on hold and stronggojo reshipped. Now, it has changed from "held at DHL offices" to "Please contact your DHL customer service". Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any help is appreciated!
