- Ordered 2x graphics cards, shipped by Amazon sold by 3rd party (value £450)
- Upon receipt, live chat with customer reps (between 23:00/02:00 to get foreign/nicer reps)
- Claimed that parcel only had one graphics card product box, also claimed that product box had no graphics card inside it - only packaging and manuals/ESD wrapping
- Offered full refund via payment method or gift card as with 3rd parties they cannot ship replacements
2)
- Order large amount of items to be delivered same day (one expensive item, 4 less expensive items e.g £250, £10-30 etc.)
- Upon receipt, live chat with customer reps and claim expensive item was missing
- Offered full refund via payment method or gift card
Wayfair;
Double Up/Refund in vouchers
- Fresh account
- Ordered £90 of multi-piece canvas artwork
- Once arrived, live chat with reps to claim that pieces were missing in the box, picture provided (but you just take a picture of 1/2 of the pieces, item is incomplete)
- Wayfair offered replacement to be shipped, denied and I asked for a refund. They would only refund via store vouchers.
