First of all it didn't fail. It was LIT for a month. Then "somehow" it got picked up again after a MONTH. Which is probably DHL themselves who relabeled the package or the customer trying to do something funny.

It was in transit for 2.5 weeks and then it was delivered, it wasn't lit for a month.

Yooo when is my package getting boxed? Refund is most likely gonna fail because of this service, as return period is expiring. Reading the comments above don’t have my hopes very high up. I kinda wished I didn’t fall for the nice thread design and website.
