i tried to refund a small adidas DE order on my own for the first time so i paid for an ftid and the ftid showed (Delivered to:
different person present) after 5 days. this was 13 days ago so the adidas support told me to wait for 14days and when i contacted them after they said they didnt receive the order back and i sould contact dhl about it so is there any chance to finish the refund successfully? if not can i still send the items back and get the refund legit?
