You literally removed the thread. I had to get you to put the thread back up. Did you not? Or are you gunna lie about that?
Ok with that out of the way.
When you deleted the thread I went on my own way and sold it. Then you proceed to fnally answer my dm and I had already moved on.
Imagine filing a scam report because you delete a sales thread and the seller moved on to find a higher price or even that a seller found a better price outside of your service and took that price.
Using your auction i never agreed to solely sell through you, how absurd does that sound?
If you had asked me "hey if i help you sell this and take more time than you please, and delete your thread, you cannot sell it anywhere else or i will claim you scammed me?"
Read that and realize how entitled that sounds
If you hired him to post your product on an auction, his job is to find you a buyer. He found a buyer before you found the buyer on your own. I think it's pretty clear that you should have acted differently to avoid time wasting, and also to be fair to the other people around you, the owner of the auction house who wasted time offering your product, and the buyer that won the auction.
Finding a better price doesn't really matter if you are avoiding your prior responsibility to pay him for finding you other buyer (before you even sold the laptop on your own) it would be totally different if he gave up on finding a buyer, deleted the thread, and then a week later found a buyer for you when you had already completed the deal. Which is evidently not the case.
Do you have evidence that he was ignoring you when he deleted the thread? ("When you deleted the thread I went on my own way and sold it. Then you proceed to fnally answer my dm and I had already moved on.")
if he ignored you when you contacted him and you moved on, it should be easy to prove. Show me the chats.
