The setup of the bot is quite easy, just plug and play. 

 

As far as my results, I made the mistake of putting all of the funds into the bot as one trade instead of doing increments such as $50. I don't recall seeing that in the instructions to be careful about, but it may be there somewhere. The bot is still running and since the purchase was made at the top of SHIB, it is still waiting to be sold. 

 

I can confirm that the bot does what it is suppose to do, but it was a human error on my part that I didn't consider the bot using all of the funds in one trade, rather I thought it would only utilize that total amount to trade with.

 

I will invest a bit more and buy the lifetime subscription and update again knowing what I know now. Stay tuned for results

I got a vouch copy for this bot, here is my honest review:


Before i start, here are some details about the things i did and used within this bot, and some more information regarding my situation:
- I got a week vouch copy, please keep that in mind, long term results can be better or worse then my results.
- I used Kucoin which at the moment the bot only allows spot on, binance futures is banned in my country so i couldn't use that.
- I used the "safe" bot in the dashboard with no additional settings, i asked @Bullup what the best settings would be, but he told me that they don't give out settings, i wanted to simulate a complete noob so i just picked the default safe settings on 3 pairs: SHIB/USDT, LTC/USDT, and BTC/USDT.

Support:
First of all, lets start on a positive note, the support is really good, both owners/admins are really friendly, quick to respond, and professional in general, something you don't see that often on forums like this (sadly).
They used professional language, which is something i personally always appreciate. They run a business and should act like they do, which they do.
I ran into some issues and they were quick to help me out.
Huge + for the support.
1 suggestion i would offer: keep tickets open for a longer time.



Then the actual review:
I started with 200 euro (which translates to $218,54) and opened 3 bots with the coins mentioned above.
At the moment the total value of my Kucoin account is $210.39. which means i lost just above $8, which translates roughly to a 4% net loss (and if i include the cost of the bot, lets say a monthly sub @ $75, the loss would be bigger)
This while the BTC price did go up from the point i started using CryptoMander by about 2.28%:


The bot seems to be lacking some futures like a SL.
As people may know i'm someone who doesn't think well about SL's being generated by tools, but for automated trading there absolutely should be one present, since the idea is 100% autopilot profit.
This does mean you can lose quite a bit of money IF using the futures part of the bot, since i was using spot the losses wouldn't be bigger then my trading position.
They are however working on one, as they announced it in the discord.
Also futures support for the other exchanges they offer would be nice.

The website itself is also lacking features, some features don't work and it's hard to keep track of what the bot does due to this.
They do show you a history but i think it only shows you the last X amount of trades, the statistics dashboard is not working as of now.

Also something that i noted down:
@Bullup told me in my ticket they don't sell to noobs when i asked him what the best settings would be, i think this is a really good stance in general IF they didn't come back to it.
I saw the other staff member respond to someone "You only need to know how to setup your API keys in the exchange", this counters the statement made before.
IMO automated trading is a product catered to people who don't really want to put hours upon hours in trading or learning to trade (which is 100% reasonable, to each their own) but still want to make profit from trading, so if you tell people they only need to know how to create their API key, make sure to also assist them when they ask for the best settings.

Conclusion:
All with all my experience wasn't to bad, i completely realize i only had 1 week and this could have been a bad week in general.
The market is really unpredictible right now with the war, but since no anouncements on this topic have been made (for example, with my own crypto trading related product we gave everyone extra days and we recommend them not to take trades ATM) i didn't let that weight in on my review.
I would be 100% open to let the bot run if @Bullup adds more time to my subscription, so i can update this later on.
As of now: i don't recommend to get into this (based upon my own experience), some essential features in automated trading are broken or missing, and right now it's just a really basic bot that netted me a loss overall.
I do see potential in it however and i hope they fix the things i mentioned above.
