I purchased Netflix upgrade on September 19, 2021. I went from his Nulled thread to his discord server, opened a ticket and paid. After he upgraded, I realized that it doesn't work in Asia, and had to use a VPN to use Netflix. This fact was not mentioned in his Nulled thread anywhere at all, but it has been conveniently mentioned only in his discord server, which he pointed out after told him it wasn't working at my place. I asked him if anything can be done about it, he said no. I told him the account was used by my family, and it is difficult for them to use a VPN. ofcouse, he didn't care for that so i used it with a VPN taking the loss.

The account was downgraded after a month, during which time he released a new method which worked in Asia as well. When my account was downgraded, I asked him he would use that method, I would be happy to pay the extra fee to which he declines and saying "I refuse to sell you the other method" despite knowing the background. I said very well and asked him to upgrade a different account because I wanted to legit pay for my Netflix, so my parents could continue to use it (they have been using it for years and have all their list and watch shows). But for some reason he even has a problem upgrading another account instead of this one and flat out refused and closed my ticket.

Sorry to say but this is most awful way to run a service. I would like a refund, and he is happy to deduct whatever money it comes to for the 1 month I have used his Netflix. He clearly doesn't give two fucks about anything.

Provide the account he upgraded before, so he can upgrade it again with the current method. This is how re-upgrades are done. Normally for free, so he shouldn't charge you anything, and you continue using the same account that was initially upgraded. There is no reason for him to refund you anything considering he has 2 working methods and either of them could be used. 

 

@Castiel if he is from asia and has asked for an upgrade on his asian account and the method he paid for didn't support asia but the new method does, the least you could do is upgrade his account again using the new method that will benefit him and cause no extra problems to you.

As you stated in the second paragraph, is what i asked him but he flat out refused. If he wanted to reupgrade using the same method, i was giving him another account to upgrade so i could legit pay netflix for the current asian account and use it as normal because that is used by my family and its difficult for them to use a vpn, but he refused to do that as well.

 

I was trying to accommodate him, but he didn't give two fucks. not a response i expected from someone who was is so widely reputed on the forum.

Castiel would prefer to refund you partially for the service based on the previous scam reports that had similar details to this one.

 

The basis that we will use for this resolution is as follows:

 

if the account lasted for 1 month, I proposed he provides a 66% refund to every used key.
For unused keys, the refund must be in full.

If account lasted for 1 month, and stopped working, he will provide 66% refund from the initial payment.

If account lasted for 2 months, he will provide a 33% refund.

if account lasted for 3 months or longer, no refund will be given. Instead, he will replace one more time.

 

In your case, key lasted for 1 month, and therefore he should refund you 66% of your initial payment.

 

66% of 25$ is 16.5$
