Short Description Of Product/Service: He sells Hitlist

Amount scammed: $160 (equivalent to the customer's loss due to his leak)

Proof of payment we didn't actually pay him, our customer paid us and due to his leak 1d of customer's subscription got wasted which we had to add in their sub so it's our loss.

Additional Information: I'm posting this report on behalf of rebooted.cloud, Me and one other member of other forum has started this days ago so we were providing vouch copies as a royal member of nulled he came to us and asked for vc so we gave him one day. after accessing customer server he downloaded all combos uploaded in our cloud and messaged one of our customer to buy his hitlist cloud and said our cloud is not as his (according to rule no 4 of marketplace "Sales trashing is forbidden. Members will receive a warning for doing so") but this wasn't an issue until he gave one of our top hitlist upload as test to that guy which clearly indicates that he intentionally asked for vc so that he can leak our lists (according to marketplace rule no 2 "Reselling is not allowed"). Everything i wrote here can be seen in screenshots provided above. We would like their service to close or a full amount of refund lost by us.

First yes I came asking for VC I was first denied then given. Secondly the guy came to us I didn't go to him he was interested in my service it was midnight I could barely open my eyes we usually give a sample to the potential buyers I had some files downloaded on my phone the file I shared was named "steaming-hitlist" so I got confused if it was from ur server or mine so I sent him then he told me he was already a member and asked if it was from rebooted I checked and saw I had given him ur list. Story ends here
In my defence if I wanted to leak ur cloud I would have done it to 400+ customers. I admit I did wrong
But all I did was mistakenly giving out a sample from their cloud not ours.

That's what a VC is given for I wrote a honest review why are u guys making it such a mess. I already admitted that I lied to the user that I leak ur cloud cus I didn't even bought it. I also admitted that I shared ur list to one person and unlucky turned out to be a member of ur cloud so there wasn't a loss at ur side.

Also if the staff wants they can check my cloud and compare the lists u have and if even one line matches I will refund the full amount

I was given a vouch copy on 19thsepet 9 PM and expired at 20sept

here you said "all I did was mistakenly giving out a sample from their cloud not ours." and in that chat with customer you said " yes we have added them" which clearly indicates that you didn't tell customer that you sent wrong file and you are giving another one to test, you just wanted to misguide customer by giving a good sample from different cloud just so he buy yours.

 

about the file formatting you are claiming to make you confused, we use formatting which isn't used by any other type of cloud or anything and it starts with date not with name so it shouldn't have confused you until you were to ignorant to see the name and just give that to your potential customer (which you will do only if you are dumb enough)

And you claiming that unluckily the person you shared was our customer but your text manipulation says you were doing it on purpose.

You are not making any sense, you told the potential customer that you leak from other clouds and when you were confronted about this you said you lied to the customer, the odds are that you do leak other clouds like you told the customer rather than what you said after you were caught to save your ass.

If you don't find a solution for this to compensate them, we will find it for you.

Let me be very clear I didn't leak ur cloud at all I shared one list to a potienal customer that turned out to be a member of ur cloud.
So let me ask u what did u loose?
Also the point of leaking the clouds I lied but how does that concern ur cloud and pls don't bring it up again without proof.

If u r still not satisfied I m willing to pay $20 compensation.

Without proof?? what is more proof than you admitting to it before you knew the details of what was actually going on? your admission of guilt is all the evidence that is needed. I dont understand why you would think admitting to something, directly to your customer, could be positive to you? Why would you confess to something negative for your business, that is not true? 

You admitted to reselling other clouds, having them available on your cloud, you told the customer you offer their cloud too as well as others.. I dont see why you should stay as a member of this forum with this behavior.
