rsocks.net its a good one
I do not agree with rsocks being good.
Bought rotating eu - did not work for 2 days after third day they changed the plan to rotating mix, given 100IPs however it seems that 98 of these have an IP pool of like 5 residential proxies because from 150 cpm to 7 is weird (Don't take my word for it but in my mind it something like this)
Smartproxy has the only good rotating proxy service however they are pricey as hell.
Proxyscrape premium 25$ for a month is worth it if your site is not banning, i will try their rotating service soon.
It all come down to what you want to do, so make sure to know what you are seeking before you purchase any service but in regards to rsocks rotating I can just not recommend it.

Well, there are many great proxy connections nowadays. However, before choosing one, you should point out what exactly do you need them for.
