thanks as a matter of fact I'm feeling better now. The customer never specified me what type of ftid he wanted so i took the freedom to pick what's best in my mind. He messaged me saying the shop was zalando at the package was +/- 3 kg and from there on I did my own thing. Only part where I acknowledge any sort of sloppiness is not providing him the receipt/proof of deposit, which I am happy to provide now that I am feeling better.

Update : I contacted him again to find out what he wanted to do with my package and to get my proof of deposit. The package is not in LIT nor in FTID3, just connoted in a different way.
