Do you have goals of getting fit, losing weight, building self-confidence, and/or working on and improving yourself? Maybe you haven't been to the gym, and you'd like to start. All of that is great, I have several programs that have worked for myself and clients, and could work for you.
Due to the electronic nature of today, I have moved most of my programs online to allow my clients to workout on their own time with all the resources at hand. I am bringing those services here. Each program, listed in the banner above, has my current price and the length of the program. Please note, you do not need to be in contact with me for that long, this is just the duration of the program. It is (obviously) recommended that you follow the full program, and minimize "cheating" to see the best results.

The biggest reason people fail today is due to lack of motivation. While I'm not changing the game in fitness (you could look up all this information if you really wanted to, you don't need me), I make sure my programs are changing up how you're working your muscles so that you don't plateau and continue to build off of your weekly progress. I hope that, when you purchase my program, it creates something fresh for you that you want to complete -- for yourself. The key to success is going to be through your own accountability!

1. Do you need a gym experience? No, my programs are doable by anyone old/new to the gym. If you're new, you may need some help figuring out what the exercises are. I'm happy to help provide resources.
2. Do you need a gym membership? No, there is a bodyweight only program that is designed for people who don't have access to full gym equipment.
3. Age/Location requirement? None, as long as you have proper access to the facility/equipment required for your program.
Terms of Service:

1. All sales are final, there will be no refunds after the program has been distributed
2. Absolutely no leaking, distribution, reselling of my programs. Action will be taken if caught.
3. I am not a professional fitness instructor, trainer, nor nutrionist. All of my programs are created through experiences that I've had myself or with clients. What works for some, will NOT work for everyone. I am not liable for any misinformation or injury that comes from my programs.
4. I retain the rights to change my terms of service at any time without mention.

If you're looking to build your body/confidence, this is for you. If it's not, that's also very cool man. You don't need to comment on the thread when I'm providing an authentic service.
Not really sure what kind of "Vouch copy" you need. A "vouch" won't do me anything here as it's going to come down to you actually working out, following the plan, and reporting results. If you are actually interested in getting into fitness, working out, or whatever your goal may be -- I have the info for you. Or you can go find it online for free and build your own. But I would consider giving away a copy of my chest program I suppose.
