Need someone with VPN access for El Salvador (Express VPN?)

Hey everyone,

What favor is needed: Create Spotify account while being in El Salvador location (VPN or stationary)

I recently bought a Spotify upgrade from one of marketplace user's and did a mistake upgrading the key for El Salvador location...

Seller doesn't want to replace the key and I have no option to create a Spotify account with El Salvador location. It's pretty rare and not available in free VPN's.

I believe El Salvador location is available in Express VPN premium - found that info while searching for free vpn for El Salvador ;/
