League RP accounts banned/inactive for gifting [Multiple Regions]

- I'm selling only in bulks (full regional purchases)

- Price is 1k - 1$

- Accounts are 1 year + inactive. 

- Accounts are lvl 10 minimum and ready to be used for gifting.

- 400 RP accounts may seem LQ but you can still get 2 hextech chests out of them and it's a really good deal in my opinion.

- For payment I accept BTC/ETH.

I can not directly gift you the RP.

For the banned RP accounts you need to have a checker that allows you to add yourself as friend, wait 24 hours and then gift yourself hextech chests.

Everything is done through the checker and not through the League Client.

There's no other way to use the banned RP other than this as far as I'm aware.
