Has anyone tried refunding Riot games?

I am talking about their merch store, like figurines and stuff, not RP or any ingame item.

It's really only possible through third-party merchants like Amazon, Walmart or BestBuy. Riot Games policies are pretty straight forward when it comes to refunds & they basically blame the merchant for any problems you'd experience with the gift card / point purchase - If you did buy if off the site they're most likely going to investigate the account and track the points, bans do happen over this and they happen often too.

I'd say buy it through a third-party merchant, get a refund through a service provider on this site > sit on the card for a month or so then sell it off or redeem it yourself. Make sure you buy an account off a boosting//account merchant site and redeem it on there so it reduced the risk of your main account being banned. I've bought some high ranking accounts with character unlocks for like $10 and that price is pretty common
