We all know Dominos is overpriced so here is how to get it for free.
This method has only been tested in the UK but should work in all other countries.
1.) Place an order through the app for delivery or collection preferably below £50 which makes it a lot simpler when it comes to getting a refund. It still works for orders below £100 and has been tested multiple times but may need a little bit more effort and a few emails depending on the person you get on the phone.
2.) Once you have got your order phone up the Domino's store you ordered from and tell them that there was a hair integrated into one of the pizzas you ordered. They will usually respond to that apologising or whatever before asking for a name. Once you have given them a name, tell them it has completely put you off the full order and ask for them to send someone out to collect it as you are going to order from elsewhere or else it's going in the bin ( This is really important as they will only refund the one pizza if you don't say that). They will then respond saying that they cannot do that as they are not allowed to take food back and most of the time offer a refund, sometimes they tell you that they can send another order out in which you then ask how long it will take and they will give you a time between 20-30 minutes or whatever. Tell them that you are not willing to wait and you have been completely put off by that branch and you just want a refund. They will refund you at this point, however, if they argue it in anyway or only say they can refund one pizza tell them that you will just take it up with head office as you are disgusted with the service.
3.) If you somehow fail to get the refund over the phone then go on the app, contact us and make a query to head office explaining how there was a hair in the pizza and you asked the store to come collect the pizzas which they never and you had to bin it and order from elsewhere. Tell them it has gave you a bad image of dominos and you are really upset about the situation. They usually reply the day after or sometimes the same day with a refund. Never usually gets to this stage but orders above £50 or weird staff it requires it. With this method, they refund the full order which could include sides, cookies or whatever else you get.
You can use this method as many times as you want as long as you are mainly collecting and not always bashing your address. Try to hit different stores as much as you can but this method has been tested with the same store 3 times in one week and 2 times on the same address on the same week. I know people that I have told this about who are using it on a day to day basis, collecting the pizza after placing order on fresh account, using a withheld number to phone and getting the refund(Don't ask me why, dominos is not all that). Make fresh accounts every time, it doesn't make any difference whatsoever if the account is fresh just don't bash the same account. Make new emails, sign up, bash it and go onto a new account. The app gives you a 50% discount on the pizzas if the order is over £35 which is a lot.
It may seem like a lot of effort but it really isn't. You could be going to your friends house, tell him to take the food inside as you need to make a call and you will be done in a minute or two.
