Can't sleep

I would first advise figuring out a proper waking and sleeping routine. The first phase of sleep is falling asleep. A person, going to sleep, imagines a variety of images. In a mixed and broken order represents the events of the past day. People have different times of falling asleep: some fall asleep quickly after a minute, and some need up to 40 minutes. If the falling asleep phase occurs for more than one hour, it is very likely that it is similar to insomnia. They say that insomnia causes due to stress, but that's only part of the reason. If after a normal sleep time of 6-8 hours (each person's time interval is different), you feel aggressive and do not respond adequately to others, it is a sure symptom of insomnia. So don't think that insomnia is only when a person can't sleep and doesn't get enough sleep.
